By using Capture Time Press, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the service.
Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience; offending or insulting other users; disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our platform.
You retain ownership of all photos taken through our booth. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, and deliver your photos as requested.
You warrant that you have the right to photograph subjects in your images, particularly minors who require parental consent. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions.
This section applies when you book and pay for a timed slot at one of our pop-up locations (for example, Tower Bridge) for a vintage newspaper photo and/or an XL photo strip.
No refunds and no cancellation credit. All pop-up slot bookings are final and non-refundable once payment is made, including if you change your mind, book the wrong date or time, or do not attend (a “no-show”). You may free up your slot for someone else by cancelling it yourself (see your confirmation email), but no refund is given for doing so.
Why there is no statutory cooling-off period. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply to a leisure service, such as this one, booked for performance on a specific date or at a specific time. By booking a slot, you are requesting an appointment on a specific date and time within the next few days, which falls within this exemption.
If we cannot deliver the service. The no-refund policy above does not apply if Capture Time Press cancels your slot or is unable to provide the booked service (for example, the pop-up does not go ahead due to weather, venue access, equipment failure, or staff unavailability). In that case we will offer you a full refund or a free rebooking to another slot, at your choice. This does not affect your other statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please arrive on time for your slot. Arriving late may reduce your time at the stand and does not extend your slot or entitle you to a refund.
Digital Downloads: Available immediately after payment confirmation.
Printed Products: Fulfilled and shipped according to the timeline specified at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and postage option selected.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit.
Our brand, logo, design, and all content (except your photos) are the exclusive property of Capture Time Press. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited behavior.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
